Into The Woods - Patty Schwarz 2011 Christmas Card

Hello everyone.  Wow, where has the time gone?  Only two more weeks until Christmas and I'm still not finished with all the shopping and wrapping and posting.

This is a scene from Quechee Woods, Vermont.  It is a really lovely area with beautiful shops and restaurants and I thought it would make a nice Christmas card.  This painting was done in watercolor on paper and measures 11 x 15 inches.  I'd love to hear your comments about it.

While my husband and I were visiting the Southwest, I took many photos of sunsets that were so dissimilar to our eastern sunsets.  There is nothing like a Southwest sunset to warm the heart.  This is one that I thought you would enjoy.
